Berry Dessert Nachos Recipe
3 8 inch plain or whole wheat flour tortilla
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 fat-free or light sour cream
3/4 cup cool whip, thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups fresh fruit (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, strawberries, or grapes)
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
1 tablespoon grated semisweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 400.

In a small bowl stir together sour cream, cool whip, vanilla & 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Cover & chill.

Lightly brush both sides of tortilla with melted butter. In a small bowl, stir togehter sugar & remiaining cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each into 8 wedges; arrange on one or two ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp. Cool completely.

To serve, divide tortilla wedges among the dessert plates. Top with the berries and sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with almonds & grated chocolate.
